» New Logo Design

This isn't a poll so much. Just a little something we have been kicking around. I am working on doing away with the smileys and coming up with a new design for the show. A lot of changes have occurred since the show started (most of them taking place over the past couple of months), and a logo update may be in order.

Below is a prototype design, just a little something to get the ball rolling, something that would look good on a t-shirt or coffee mug. But another question lies in the color scheme. The first two use the original crimson/gold scheme. The others are just some samples for a change.

Let me know what you all think. Since this is very much your show, your input is important to us. We wouldn't want anyone getting beat up for wearing a shirt that people think is 'gay'.

Well, none of those color schemes seem to leap off the page as well as Red and yellow. But what is wrong with the smileys? personally, I like them a lot. But I guess I'm just one of those people who fear change. I say keep em!

I think they are great. I would steer away from purple though. It just doesn't fit all of the hosts.

Well, the smileys were based on when the show began. The evil one was Mike and the regular one was Nerraux. I wanted to go with one that wasn't so host-dependent. Our "cast of characters" has changed a lot since Episode 1. "Bonesy" (as I am calling him) can be a timeless mascot so if 2 years from now, the show is Bucky, BaCKwaRds R RiCKy, handyandy and Supernova (just for instance), the logo won't be indicative of any host no longer active.

I like all of them, but do think sticking w/ the red & yellow combo best. I love the new design!

I love the new look logo.And I love the tag line.
I have to say the green and blue is my fav but the original colours rock too.

I like the third one. Also maybe put a phone number on there somewhere, and at the end of one mind at a time there should be a (!) instead of (.)

Can you send me the eps or png/psd file? I want to play with the layers a bit. I'll need a list of fonts as well boss. (I want to move the skull a bit & then add a phone number in there opposite the web link)

I dig the Hulk Hogan RED & YELLOW the best.

Being a Graphics Designer myself, I like the first one with the yellow text on the red background.
I also agree somewhat with the others that like the smiley face logo too. Maybe swap the skull out with a smiley face.

Drag and I are on the same wavelength. I was going to add a forward facing 'mean' smiley face to the image if I ever got hold of the individual layers.
